ANAHEIM, Calif. (KGTV) — Guests were forced from the fastest ship in the galaxy at Disneyland Friday, after a massive earthquake struck Southern California.
The magnitude 7.1 quake hit the Ridgecrest area about 160 miles east of the theme park just before 8:20 p.m.
Video from Disneyland after the earthquake showed guests being evacuated from the park’s Millennium Falcon ride in “Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.” Guests in other areas of the park also reported rides temporarily closed for employees to conduct safety inspections.
