LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — An Atari-themed hotel is planned for Las Vegas, officials recently announced.
Atari last week announced it had signed a licensing agreement with True North Studio, a U.S. real estate developer, and GSD Group, for the development of Atari-branded hotels in eight cities in the United States, according to a news release.
College Park police were called to investigate the shooting about 10:30 p.m. They found a woman, identified by police as 30-year-old Alexis Reed, unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds.

A woman is accusing an airline of “gender discrimination” after she says she was prevented from entering its business class lounge because of her outfit.
Natalie Marie Coyle, a former WWE wrestling star, was attempting to access the Qantas Airways business lounge at Australia’s Melbourne Airport last Thursday when the alleged incident occurred. The wrestler-turned-fitness-model, known professionally as Eva Marie, said that despite having purchased a business class ticket for her upcoming flight, she was not allowed to enter the lounge beforehand.

At least three other people were taken to hospital with burns after the incident in the Mini Hotel Caramel, which is located in the basement of a residential building, the region’s investigative committee said.
A doctor treating the victims, Andrei Babikov, said a 33-year-old woman had burns covering 35% of her body. Two men aged 28 and 35 were in a less serious condition.

The city of St John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, declared a state of emergency on January 17 as the province was battered by a blizzard that brought high winds and driving snow.
Environment Canada said “intense winds and record-breaking snowfall” bore down on Newfoundland on Friday. A total of 76.2 centimeters (30 inches) of snow was recorded at St John’s International Airport on Friday, shattering the previous record of 68.4 centimeters (about 27 inches) that was set in April of 1999, according to the weather service.
